1. Who should you refer? 

• If you have someone who you believe could qualify to buy a home, contact us and provide their information, so that we can follow up with them. Unqualified referrals will not be considered. 

2. Requirements to qualify? 

• For someone to qualify to buy a home on land contract they must be able to prove enough income and employment, provide a current ID and allow a credit check. They may have to answer a few questions and in some cases, they may also need to have some sort of maintenance or handyman skills. 
• This process is started by filling out an application form available as a download from the site.  

3. Ways to let us know about your referral:

4. To Qualify for a Referral you must have a Zelle or Paypal account.  There are no cash referral payments made for referrals.
